Servomex Analyzer Trial Demonstrates Greater Accuracy in Measurements for Leading Nitrogen Generator Manufacturer

Servomex and its trusted partner, SGS GAS, have helped Peak Scientific achieve very low and accurate oxygen measurements with the SERVOPRO MonoExact DF310E.

Following the identification of inaccurate measurements using their existing analyzers, SGS recommended trialling the MonoExact DF310E over several weeks, allowing the customer to see first-hand the accuracy and reliability provided by the Servomex analyzer.

Robert Forbes, Senior Engineering Technician at PEAK said: “The MonoExact DF310E was simple to set up, and the ease of use and calibration meant we didn’t have any downtime. Having tried a few other gas analyzers, we found this one best suited our needs. The unit is very responsive, giving greater accuracy for our generator gas output.”

The MonoExact DF310E analyzer is designed for industrial gas applications, delivering highly accurate measurements of oxygen. Installation of this next generation digital analyzer has allowed PEAK to achieve accurate oxygen levels down to very low levels (1ppm), as well as enabling them to verify the quality and control of measurements better.
