New service center boosts Servomex Korea support

The new Servomex Korea Service Center offers direct factory service for UHP trace analyzers in the country for the first time.

It provides fast aftersales services to the Korean and North Asia region, with local repair capabilities, stock of common spares, and standby units. This means Servomex Korea can provide direct aftersales services for critical analyzers within Korea, without the need to send the instrument to an overseas center, saving on turnaround time and freight costs, while increasing analyzer uptime.

The Servomex Korea Service Center in Yongin is our largest outside of the UK and US. Korea-based customers will benefit from direct, rapid technical support from local specialists. This includes:
• in-house repairs
• factory acceptance testing
• annual service and calibration capabilities
• hands-on training
• rental equipment
• and analyzer upgrade.
