New Senior Appointment will Enhance Customer Experience in Systems

We have boosted our systems team with the appointment of Jessica Thompson as Global Project Manager – Systems.

Based at Servomex’s US Business Center in Houston, TX, Jessica will be responsible for the successful management and delivery of Servomex’s world-leading gas analysis system solutions across the globe, implementing best-in-class project management processes that ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget. 

As a key member of Servomex’s Global Analytical Systems team, Jessica will drive the delivery of medium to large analytical system projects.  Key responsibilities will include reviewing customer specification packages and submittal requirements at the project initiation stage and creating project schedule review metrics that support project delivery, quality, and cost requirements.

Jessica’s input will support Servomex Systems customers for the duration of their entire customer journey, from initiating meetings and project scheduling to optimizing project lead times – ensuring projects are delivered on budget and to specification.
