Global Marcom Manager

Overview of the Opportunity:

A crucial role within our global marketing and communications team the Global Marcom Manager will lead and deliver the internal and external marketing communications plan globally – with a specific focus on AdWords, video, expert guides and digital. Reporting to the Marketing Communications Director, this is an integral role within our business – with output that directly contributes to the company’s growth plans. The Global Marcom Manager will drive the marketing strategy to create a cohesive customer experience globally.

About the Role:

  • Deliver the marketing communications plan globally, specifically AdWords, video, expert guides and digital
  • Support the Marketing Communications Director in the delivery of the brand and marketing communications, whilst working closely with the marketing team and others in the UK and globally
  • Facilitate the use of digital tools in support of the marketing plan – marketing automation, CRM, ecommerce
  • Take and develop a creative idea and transform it into exceptional and meaningful marketing campaigns designed for various media in direct cooperation with our technical centres in the UK and globally
  • Oversee and manage marcom budget
  • Support of Servomex social media, PR and advertising via postings on community websites, blogs etc.
  • Leading on the development and management of company website, ensuring it is full of engaging content that promotes Servomex products and services
  • Skilled in generating and writing, producing and overseeing high quality and engaging content for various forums in high pressure environments
  • Tracking and reporting on ROI of activities, identifying new opportunities for the business in the UK and globally
  • Ensure the business is compliant with regulatory requirements and good practice on GDPR, marketing and other activity, and has the right tools to deliver effectively and ethically

About your Talent:

  • Significant and exceptional track record of record of marketing campaign planning and implementation, ideally within a global capacity (EMEA/Americas/AsiaPac)
  • Internal and external communication concepts
  • Demonstrable experience of working with agencies and external partners to create successful campaigns
  • Digital/website development and management
  • Google AdWords
  • The desire and ability to take ownership, whilst working in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge and flair to ensure that marketing and communications are entirely aligned with the company’s goals and aspirations for growth
  • Substantial experience within a marketing and communications role
  • A proven track record of overseeing marketing for a small business that has grown significantly
  • Impeccable organizational and time management skills to juggle workload
  • First class communication skills – with a natural ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Ability to write word-perfect copy, within ever-changing deadlines
  • Degree (or equivalent) in a marketing/business-related degree
  • Marketing automation or industrial automation experience would be a distinct advantage
  • It would be hugely beneficial to have a good understanding of Adobe design packages, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and HTML or equivalent
