Servomex appoints new Global Sales Director

Servomex has appointed David Jones as Global Sales Director to lead and strengthen its worldwide commercial strategy. Based in the UK head office, David brings more than three decades of experience in management and commercial leadership, along with a strong vision for Servomex at a time of rapid growth in semiconductor manufacturing, tightening emissions regulations, and rising demand for precision gas analysis.

The appointment is part of Servomex’s ongoing commitment to investing in its people and providing customers with field-proven technology they can rely on, ongoing expert support, and a clear vision for global innovation.

David’s focus is on ensuring customers are fully supported in meeting both current and future gas analysis challenges.

This includes helping semiconductor manufacturers keep pace with rapid innovation, while supporting high-purity applications across medical and specialist industrial sectors where precision and compliance are critical. At the same time, he will ensure customers in established industries such as petrochemicals, oil and gas, power generation, and emissions monitoring continue to benefit from the reliability, stability, and performance Servomex is known for.

This breadth of opportunity at Servomex, together with the brand’s strong reputation and customer loyalty, were key factors that attracted David to the role. He says:

David continues:

David has extensive experience leading regional and global commercial teams across international B2B organizations, with a background spanning rigid plastic packaging, chemical and polymer distribution, and test and measurement.

Most recently, as VP Commercial Excellence at TriMas Corporation, he introduced structured approaches to data analytics, pricing, contracts, key account

management, and pipeline management, driving enhanced commercial performance.

Earlier in his career, he was Sales and Marketing Director at Danaher for the test and measurement platform Fluke, where he implemented growth and commercial tools, and VP Commercial at Dialight, where he built and developed a global sales organization for LED lighting in hazardous applications.
