Spectris has marked a significant milestone with the global launch of our new employee ownership programme, Owners@Spectris, reinforcing our commitment to shared success and long-term value creation.
The launch was celebrated across the organisation through five live broadcasts bringing together thousands of colleagues from around the world. In addition, more than 70 sites hosted in-person events, creating a shared moment of connection, energy and pride across the global Spectris community. The launch events also celebrated some of the examples of an ownership mindset already alive amongst colleagues across our businesses.
Owners@Spectris represents a major step forward in strengthening employee engagement and aligning the organisation around a common purpose. The programme is designed to give employees the opportunity to share directly in the value they help create, while playing a more meaningful role in shaping the company’s future.
