Job description:
Servomex is looking to hire an entry level Receptionist / Administrator reporting to the Finance Manager. The Receptionist will manage all activities associated with reception and administrative support to the Finance Department. The Receptionist will be the first face our visitors and clients see as they arrive. This role will be responsible for answering phones, providing general hospitality support and sorting and sending mail in addition to other administrative support for the Finance Department.


Key Responsibilities will be:
Reception
• Answer all incoming operator calls and direct to the appropriate destination.
• Greet all visitors and vendors and notify employees that their guests have arrived.
• Issue badges for guests.
• Ensure reception and conference room areas are kept orderly and clean.
• Provide hospitality and meeting support as needed (scheduling conference rooms, coordinating food orders and other logistics).
• Assist with Wi-Fi passwords for guests.
• Maintain incoming/outgoing mail process.
• Sort all incoming mail and distribute to the appropriate individuals.
• Coordinates company functions and special events as needed.
Finance
• Assist Finance Department with filing and scanning all invoices; and basic data-entry activities.
• Assist Finance Department with special projects as needed.

Candidate Specification:
• Basic Excel skills
• Ability to work with changing priorities in a busy environment.
• Ability to work for several individuals and as part of a team and take direction from various sources.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, dependability and the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization as necessary.

You will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship.
