Job description
To lead the business in data governance and IS solutions, and support business process improvements using Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities will be:

To support business processes improvements and projects, through Salesforce enhancement as required.
Serve as a point of contact to provide user support globally and support regional superusers.
Manage security, users, roles, profiles, groups, queues and other Salesforce setup options as necessary.
Prepare data files and upload the data to Salesforce using data loader, data import wizard or 3rd party tools.
Create certified reports in Salesforce to meet operational requirements as required.
Test and QA all enhancements/changes before deployment.
Manage and maintain the Salesforce application including functional day-to-day operations.
Train and support end users with the use of Salesforce application.
Operate to lean methodology, support Kaizen events and changes as required.
To work to the company’s policy, procedures and standards and carry out any duties and responsibilities as the company assigns.

Candidate Specification:

Experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Experience in supporting Salesforce users.
Great team player, with strong communication skills.
Configurations – standard and custom objects, workflows and validation rules etc.
Data manipulation and cleaning.
Strong documentation and training skills.
Previous project management experience
SAP experience
Salesforce report dashboard
