ES Magazine Subscription: Terms & Conditions


SUBSCRIBING TO ES MAGAZINE


  1. 1. Subscription to ES Magazine can only be made online at ES Magazine. To subscribe, you must provide Servomex with accurate and complete personal and contact information in order for Servomex to approve and supply your subscription . Servomex is entitled to rely on any information you provide to us.

  2. 2. All information received for subscription of ES Magazine will be used by Servomex in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please read this for details of how we may process your personal data.

  3. 3. Acceptance of subscription is at the discretion of Servomex and conditional on the subscriber being directly employed in a business or industry relating to the sale of Servomex’s products and services. Acceptance will be dependent on information supplied by an individual through the ES magazine subscription form. Servomex’s decision regarding acceptance for subscription is final.


TERMS OF SUBSCRIPTION


  1. 1. Each registration is to receive a single edition of ES Magazine only. You are responsible for all use of ES Magazine and you agree not to share or distribute ES Magazine or its contents to third parties without prior authorization of the Servomex marketing team

  2. 2. ES Magazine is published four times a year in February, May, September and December. Servomex retains the right to terminate publication of ES Magazine at any time, in which case the subscription will cease.


CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTION


  1. 1. If you wish to cancel your subscription of ES, please notify Laura Clutton via lclutton@servomex.com. Your subscription will be cancelled as well as automatic entry into any related prize draws or competitions


Servomex online prize draw: terms and conditions


  1. 1. The closing date for each draw is the end of the first calendar month after each issue.

  2. 2. Only one entry will be accepted per prize draw, per subscriber

  3. 3. The promoter (hereafter ‘Servomex’) reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative product of equal or higher value if necessary at the promoters' discretion.

  4. 4. Entry to the prize draw is conditional upon acceptance of the application to ES subscription – see ES Magazine Terms & Conditions for details of eligibility.

  5. 5. The prize draws are only open to subscribers of ES Magazine aged 18 years or over.

  6. 6. The promotions is not open to employees (and their relatives) of Servomex Limited, Spectris PLC, third-party sellers of Servomex product, Servomex component suppliers or related third parties who are directly connected with the administration of ES Magazine or the prize draw promotion.

  7. 7. The winner will be selected at random after the closing date by an independent judge from all members present in subscription base on the day the prize draw date closes. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  8. 8. The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using the details provided at entry) within 6 weeks of the prize draw. Following such notification, the winner will be required to send Servomex full details of their postal address to which the Prize will be delivered (if applicable).

  9. 9. If Servomex cannot: (i) contact the winner (via the details provided at the date of entry) within a reasonable period of time (to be established at Servomex’s sole discretion); or (ii) the winner does not return details of its postal address to Servomex within 14 days of notification that they have won the Prize, Servomex reserves the right to re-draw a winner of the Promotion and thereafter until a winner on these terms is found.

  10. 10. Please allow 28 days for delivery of the Prize. Servomex accepts no responsibility for the Prize being lost, damaged or delayed in the post.

  11. 11. By agreeing entry to the quarterly ES prize draw you agree to having your name, details and photo published online or in a future issue of ES Magazine

  12. 12. Unless otherwise stated, the promoter is Servomex Limited, Jarvis Brook, Crowborough East Sussex, TN6 3FB.
