Based in our European Business Centre in Zoetermeer, your principle responsibilities are to promote, sell and support our products, working closely with the EMEA field sales and service teams, including application and trouble shooting.
In addition, you will be required to:-
- respond to customer and distributor sales and application enquiries in a professional and timely manner, recommending improvements where appropriate, taking ownership of the delivery of the solution and maintaining regular customer contact
- provide quotations, ensuring compliance with specific certifications and quality plans
- carry out accurate and timely order entry on to SAP
- provide an after sales service to customers including troubleshooting
- assist with training and development in customer requirements, product application and Company procedures
You will have:-
- proven technical background and experience
- the ability to analyse customer product issues from a distance
- competence in MS Office, Excel spreadsheets, Lotus Notes and SAP
- proven office and customer support experience
- dual language skills essential, one of which is fluent English. Your native language will be German or English
