Vacancy - Sales Facilitator

Based in our European Business Centre in Zoetermeer, you will be:-

  • supporting the EMEA regional sales force and respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner, taking ownership of the delivery of the solution and maintaining regular customer contact
  • ensuring accurate and timely order entry on to SAP
  • handling and log incoming/outgoing mail/faxes
  • assisting with quotations
  • working closely with Marketing Communications, deal with correspondence, distribute sales leads
  • co-ordinating the administration of the repair service
  • maintaining the CRM system and credit control
  • competent in MS Office, particularly Excel spreadsheets, Lotus Notes and SAP

You will have:
  • proven office and customer support experience
  • a technical background, preferred
  • dual language skills are essential, one being fluent English
