As the successful candidate you will lead manufacturing improvement projects as assigned by Champions and Sponsors using six sigma and lean manufacturing techniques.
Your responsibilities will include:-
- maintaining projects on time and to budget, reporting on progress, managing expectations and ensuring post-implementation benefits are measured
- continuously improving implementation of six sigma in the business and sharing best practice
- supporting and developing six sigma through training and coaching others
- helping to develop a Company-wide customer quality ethos
Your qualification for this role will include:-
- an engineering degree, or equivalent
- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification
- proven documented track record of using Six Sigma and Lean
- proven experience in an engineering, manufacturing related environment
You will be customer focused with a high degree of discipline, structure and integrity. You will have strong communication and influencing skills and possess the ability to drive improvement processes throughout a manufacturing organisation.
