Reporting to the EMEA Field Service Manager, a vacancy has arisen for a Field Service Engineer to cover the SE region of France. Ideally based in the Lyon area you will cover servicing and commissioning of Servomex products ensuring superior customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be required to enhance customer awareness of maintenance contracts and training capabilites and provide in-depth technical training. This position is home based.
You will be organised, flexible, tenacious and have the ability to complete necessary reports in a timely manner. You will have good customer facing and communication skills and be aware of local health and safety requirements. Some overseas travel is a requirement of this role and, as a member of the EMEA field service team,will include cover for other EMEA regions if necessary.
You will hold an electronics or other similar industry relevent diploma, have proven experience in a similar role within an analytical/instrumentation environment and possess skills in SAP, Lotus Notes and Microsoft Office. English language skills are essential.
