As the successful candidate for this role you will be goal and achievement orientated, marketing and technically creative with the ability to generate inventive solutions to opportunities and challenges. Working with your multi-disciplined team you will lead by example and deliver on time.

Principal responsibilities will include product development, marketing, maintenance, customer applications, production engineering, product quality and integrity, processes and procedures, key performance metrics and H & S.

A degree in engineering, technical and/or marketing experience, excellent communication skills and proven experience in a leadership role are essential criteria for this role. An MBA is advantageous.
